We have lived in an urban farm in our home for almost 30 years.
We raise chickens (12) for eggs and have goats for weeds.
In our backyard I have built a cabin (to rent out for AirBnB) and last year completed building an actual Pizza Oven (43 inch dome) which makes amazing pizzas.
Now, as empty-nesters, we rent out three of our bedrooms and a trailer as AirBnB.
No one can forget the streakers on the roof that summer day (always wish I had been one of them).
Renaming the school "Mark Wilson High School" after he broke the world's record in High Jumping.
Very personal: The kindness of a couple of the teachers who gave me a few undeserved extra credits so that I could actually graduate with my class.
Punching Mike Manning out in Ms. Boyar's French class when he made fun of me for another failed exam.
Surprising good Senior Class Play starring Greg Hutch.
Our 2 oldest sons (Charlie and Michael) were both recently promoted to rank of Major in California National Guard and Army Rerserve, respectively. Understandably, we are both very proud.
